EdFutures is led by Dr. Larry Johnson, its founder and CEO. Johnson, previously CEO of the New Media Consortium for 15 years, is widely considered one of the world’s leading experts in emerging technologies and learning. He was recently named one of the top 50 Education Influences in the Asia Pacific Region. The EdFutures Board of Directors, chaired by Dr. Wendy Shapiro of the University of Massachusetts Boston, brings additional experience and depth. EdFutures Senior Fellows serve as advisors to Johnson and the board of directors, as well as in a variety of roles for project teams, including research and writing, web and social media support, project management, and other roles.
